I started this blog really for myself at the suggestion of my wonderful husband. Personal health is a problem tons of Americas have and I have struggled with it for years. After a discussion with my sister I decided to take action. This blog is a journal of that action.

Week two of working out

So the gym sucks lol

I got sick yesterday so I skipped going yesterday and today. But still I will keep it up. Even though it sucks. I think the hardest part is cardio. It's very hard for me to push my self with cardio. It's much easier to do so with weights. How much easier is it to tell yourself "one more push" then it is to think "just 5 more minutes". At least I find it easier.
Tiffany and I have been looking up workout online. There are more workouts then I could imagine. And for every workout there is another person saying stating that workout is bad for you. I tried having my free session with a trainer but I talked to much. Gabby gabby me. I didn't learn much but I think I'm ok on my own. At least for now. I'm not discouraged. I lost some more lbs so I'm gonna keep at it for now. Once I reach that barrier I will ask for a trainer. Or maybe by then KK will be back from her mission and she can become my trainer :)
